Tips and Troubleshooting

Performance Tips:

  • Close other browser tabs and applications

  • Use a supported browser in 64-bit mode

  • Use a wired internet connection when possible

  • For large projects, consider breaking your design into separate rooms

Common Issues:

  • If the application is slow, try reducing your room complexity

  • If items won't place correctly, check for obstacles or wall collisions

  • If changes aren't saving, verify your internet connection

  • If renders fail, ensure your system meets the recommended requirements

Design Best Practices:

  • Start with core pieces (sofas, beds, tables) before adding smaller items

  • Consider traffic flow when placing furniture - leave 30-36 inches for walkways

  • Create balance by distributing visual weight evenly throughout the room

  • Layer textures and materials to create visual depth

  • Use the measurement tools to ensure furniture fits properly in your space
